The accelerating agent Atnen ZDTP-50 is as a fast curing accelerator for NR, it has excellent reversion resistance, non-blooming, non-staining and free of nitrosamines. It can be used in rapid vulcanization translucent formula of natural rubber soles.

Colorants Atnen TiO2-80 which is made from high-quality R-type TiO2 , can achieve bright whiteness with a little amount because of its excellent tinting strength and hiding power. Its vulcanizate could not be affected by acid, alkali and sulfide, could resistant to exposure, do not staining. The color of white products would be more vivid by adding a small amount of blue coloring agent (such as ultramarine).
 
EVA soles sometimes is used to be the sole of sport shoes and casual shoes rely on its characteristics of lightweight, good elasticity, flexibility and not easy to wrinkle. Atman provides professional colorant Atnen TiO2-60 and activating agent Atnen ZnO-60 for EVA soles. Atnen TiO2-60 is made from high-quality R-type TiO2 and EVA binder and used as the white colorant of EVA soles. It can achieve bright whiteness with a little amount because of its excellent tinting strength and hiding power. It could resistant to exposure, do not change color and be used to white and colorful products. Atnen ZnO-60 is made by high purity and superfine ZnO, polymer and dispersant. Atnen ZnO-60 is used to be the blowing agent activator of EVA products, have the function of activation and cooling the dispersion temperature of blowing agent. Atnen ZnO-60 is non-toxic and non-pollution, and has the characteristic of not flying and easy to incorporate. It is suitable for automatic weighing and ensure to the accuracy.

Silica is the main white reinforcing filler because of its excellent reinforcing performance equal to the reinforcement of carbon black. However, owing to the surface polarity and hydrophilic of Silica ,its compatibility with rubber molecules is not as good as carbon black, so it need surface treatment by activating agent. There are a lot of activating agents, but the most important one is coupling agent. Atman chemical developed a series of coupling agent, such as: Ative A-172 50GR, Ative A-1289 50GR, Ative A-1891 50GR, Ative Si-669/G. They can be used in light-colored or colourful products, which is non-staining.
