Because of the constantly updated of SVHC list(Substances of Very High Concern), the promotion of eco-friendly additives is imperative. The percentage of domestic tire exports is more than 40%, so the development and promotion of the eco-friendly additives of tire is an inevitable trend to cope with SVHC. Atman chemical offers specialized solutions for the tire industry.

Atnen CBS-80 and Atnen TBBS-80 are sulfonamide type accelerator Pre-dispersed Masterbatches; they are widely used in tire products because of their excellent operational safety and does not produce any nitrosamines.

DPG/CBS, DPG/TBBS system can be commonly found in tire formulations because of their favorable safety and rapid sulfur-speed. But the DPG has been classified as a possibly carcinogenic material in the latest SVHC. Atman chemical has found that Atnen ZDTP-50 can replace DPG, and show more excellent anti-reversion property.

Ative Resorcinol-80 act as an adhesive for RFS (rubber-fabric-steel) direct bonding, combined with Ative HEXA-80 and other formaldehyde donor. It can generate phenol formaldehyde resin during the curing process that enable the void-free bound of RFS. The special binder of Resorcinol-80 make it easily dispersed in the mixing process, and it can avoid easy evaporating characteristics of the pure crystalline resorcinol.

Atnen DTDM-80 is made of high-purity ultrafine powders DTDM which is after the process of antistatic and anti-moisture absorption and then added polymeric binder and dispersing agent. It has excellent dispersion and can be used as the vulcanizing agent and accelerator. When it is used as vulcanizing agent, its shows excellent scorch safety; while as accelerator, the amount of sulfur can be properly reduced. The rubber material does not blooming, pollution and discoloration by using Atnen DTDM-80. It can increase the fatigue resistance and aging resistance of product compared with sulfur.

Ative CR-40 is a pre-dispersed resin that could be use in butyl rubber and other rubbers and as sulfide cross-linking agent in high temperature resistant products, especially applicable in the butyl tire curing bladder.

Atsin R-50 and Atsin R-100 are homogenizing agent, they can improve the mixing of different polarity and viscosity of rubber, especially more obvious in the NBR, BR-based formula, which promote the better adhesiveness They can also improve the absorption rate of silica and other fillers of various rubbers,as well as reduce the viscosity of rubber and shorten the mixing time, contribute to the further processing.
