Application Notes |
Use |
Atnen GPD-80 is a scorch retader for natural rubbers and synthetic rubbers, that can be used with all sulfenamide type accelerators or thiazole type accelerators together to control processing safety and avoid incipient cure, and it won't influence vulcanization characteristics and cross-linking rubber behavior of compounds. It can improve unvulcanized rubber stability in storage obviously, decreasing scrap rubber rate.Compared to Atnen PVI-80,Atnen GPD-80 has a higher processing temperature, and doesn't form any secondary amines which can be converted to N-nitrosamines.It shows a better retarding effect than Atnen E-80,especially in thiuram cured compounds.Otherwise it's costing is lower than Atnen E-80 |
