Use |
Atman Atflow L-42 is a rubber processing agent. On the one hand, it can efficiently improve processing of rubber,on the other hand, it has a positive effect on productivity thanks to quicker dispersion of chemicals in the compound,which shortens the mixing process.
Atman Atflow L-42 is used in rubber compounds to improve the flowability. This effect is attributable to a considerable reduction of the viscosity of the green compound and a decrease stickiness when in contact with metal surfaces.
Atman Atflow L-42 is suitable for all rubbers including EPDM and NBR. It can be used for technical molded and injected articles of all types,footwear. It is specially suitable for continous vulcanisation process (LCM,UHF) and injection molding. |
